If you are not satisfied with the performance of any GraceWorkz compatible product, for any reason, simply contact us for a replacement product or your money back, no questions asked!

Furthermore, we also guarantee your printer or other imaging equipment while using our products against the cost of any service need caused by a defect in our products. If a defect in any GraceWorkz product is found to be the sole cause of damage to any equipment, GraceWorkz will, at the client's option, repair or replace the damaged equipment. The client must simply provide us with the equipment brand, model and serial number.
